About ZimDRR
Zimbabwe's national Information & Knowledge Management platform for disaster risk reduction.
ZimDRR is a national Information and Knowledge Management (IKM) platform that brings together disaster risk data, knowledge products and the people and institutions working to build a more resilient Zimbabwe. It is designed to support evidence-based decision-making across all phases of disaster risk management — from prevention and preparedness to response and recovery.
The platform is modelled on international good practice for national DRR knowledge systems and aligns national information with the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015–2030. It consolidates content across three broad areas: data & risk information, a curated knowledge library, and engagement with the DRR community.
